Insurance carriers, including Medicare, generally reimburse outpatient centers as they would other health practices/centers.
The financial responsibility that you have at the time of service will be any deductible and/or co-insurance you currently use. You will be billed for any services and/or other charges not covered by your selected insurance plan. We will be billing your insurance. Fees not included are your physician and anesthesia, pathology, lab fees, or other tests chose between you and your physician.
Any charges not fully covered by your insurance must be paid in full at your scheduled appointment time. We accept personal checks and certain credit cards. Credit cards we accept include Visa, Discover and MasterCard.
